Good start today with Coco (Championnes being 8th in ladies) but big excitement today is peps (WKD Pepperpot) is jumping in the olympic qualifier ranking class!! Big step up for Sam and her - but they've had some super results lately and qualified for the 5* Grand Prix in Valkenswaard... We re all very tense!!

Just before the class, the heavens open and we all get drenched - thank God Pepper's Irish and her and Sam warm up regardless - kind of breaks the tension!!

Pepper goes in and jumps incredible just touching second last fence and getting into the second round as the fastest four - but most importantly achieving her olympic qualification - now we just need to get Sam qualified.....!!

Tense time for the WKD team at Lanaken while they sit and wait.

WKD camp today holding their breath as the team wait to hear if Suma s Zorro will qualify or not for the seven year old final at the world young horse championships at Lanaken on Sunday.

35 got through and Zorro is currently lying second reserve. So we are all waiting for the results of todays vet check to see if any won t start. As a result Zorro didn't start in todays consolation class. If she did so she would'nt be allowed to compete in the event of gaining a place in the final.....a gamble indeed...fingers crossed it pays off!!!!!
